Members attended:  Jerry & Kathy Brunton, Joe & Digna Beckman, Ron & Sharon Hansen, Millie & Don King, Gene Musselman, Lu Long, Janet Graman, Ann Possinger, Pastor Beaverson

Out reach/Follow up (Evangelism) –  Wide mouth pint canning jars are still needed. They need about 48 jars. 

Goodie bags/Woman of First Lutheran - Bags are under control, no items are needed. These will be given out at Information booth.

Information Booth - Items have been coming in for the free drawing. Janet made a ticket for addresses to be used for follow up mailings. 

Publicity & Advertising –Digna has mailed in articles for publicity. Millie King will contact reporter to come and take pictures. We need fliers for members to take and post in area.
Digna made three larger posters. Jerry took one for Publix; Lu took one for Winn Dixie. Invitations are going out next week. Finger printing is set up. Millie King is trying to get sheriff’s booth.

Permits - Gene Musselman is taking care of this.

Posters & Signage – It was agreed to purchase a permanent sign, Gene will take care of this. Kathy and Barb P. have the list of all the small signs that are needed. Ann has a large blank sign that can also be used.  

Grounds Lay Out - Janet will laminate grounds lay out so we can write on it. We have 5 canopies and metal chairs will be used for extra seating. We need to get some silk fence like we had last year. Chris Lafoe is checking on fencing. He has the posts.

Entertainment – Sue Fullerton knows a couple that sings to CD’s. Howard Warner has gotten the Soggy Bottom Bait Shop Boys to play for free. It was agreed to have both groups and have them work it out how they want to play. Howard Warner has also gotten the Mustang club to bring about 8-10 cars.

Games - Kathy will coordinate games. Elders will be responsible for fish pond, Evangelism will be responsible for duck pond, and Cliff Possinger will be responsible for bean bag toss. Face painting: Stacey & friends need to check how much paint is left over, do we need more? Pastor: Balloons,  Janet will get balloons. Horse buggy rides: Ron & Sue Fullerton. Face painting and balloons will be with Board of Education and we will ask Cheryl to have a Sunday school display.                       

Food: -  It was decided to have 300 hot dogs. We will also get chips, about 150 bags. Gene will have info next meeting.
